Electric Motor Shop has a full machine shop with capabilities of handling the majority of our customers machining needs. EMS can offer shaft repair, shaft replacement, critical machine fit repairs, milling of motor feet for a plane surface, adaptor bases, etc.

Electric Motor Shop can Repair/Rewind motors up to 13,200 VAC. Our shop utilizes vacuum pressure impregnation to ensure penetration on motors with lamination longer than 16′ up to 7200 Volts. Voltage above 7k, we utilize B Stage Coils.
- Full load testing capabilities up to 3000 hp 4-Pole
- Full voltage no-load testing up to 20,000 hp at 13,200 volts
